James Ward Henry II has been designing in Laguna Beach and surrounding areas for over 20 years. His architectural studies began while working with his father, Jim Ward Henry, a well known architect in Laguna Beach. James' design experience includes all styles of residential homes from traditional, historical to contemporary. His extensive knowledge and experience working with city approval and construction process is highly beneficial to his clients, contractors and subcontractors
Jennifer Saramago - Draftsman
Jennifer has been working at JWH II Design & Planning for 5 years as the main draftsman. Jennifer has 12 years experience working in the building industry. Her past experience included off-site assistant purchasing agent for Taylor Woodrow Homes and executive assistant to VP of Purchasing at Standard Pacific Homes. Jennifer is responsible for creating initial as-builts (drawing of original floor plan to initiate design process), creating zoning packages and structural packages.
Cynthia Kramer - Office Manager
Cynthia brings 9 years of marketing and office management experience with her to JWH II Design & Planning. She primarily worked within the marketing departments of large national engineering firms in Orange County and the Bay Area. This work included creating regional marketing materials, as well as proposals and presentations for large projects within the residential and commercial industry. At JWH II Design & Planning, she is responsible for all office management and accounting.
